Processing & Handling Times All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
Standard Shipping: (U.S.) 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: (U.S.) 2-5 business days
Overnight Shipping: (U.S.) 1-2 business days
Standard International Shipping (Europe & Other Regions): 7-20 business days
Expedited International Shipping (Europe & Other Regions): 5-10 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or carrier issues.
International Shipping We ship to Europe and other parts of the world. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages ComStar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our support team at support@comstar.club
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you in resolving the problem.
